: The nation’s history in the second half of the 19th and early 20th centuries was a period that witnessed many profound changes in the nation. In that new context, the nation’s history has raised an urgent question: How to liberate the nation, liberate people from oppression and exploitation, and develop the country? To answer that question, at that time, many thinkers proposed many different options, of which Nguyen An Ninh with his unique political ideology was an outstanding phenomenon during this period. The purpose of this study is to clarify the basic premises and contents of Nguyen An Ninh’s political ideology; from there, we realized the great value of that ideology in the transformation of Vietnam’s ideology in the late 19th and early 20th centuries; the same time, clarify the values that those bring to the Vietnam revolution.
