The article presents an overview of the research situation on the set of assessment standards for training programs according to AUN-QA standards in the world and Vietnam. The inherit the ideas of domestic and foreign scientists, this research building a theoretical basis for building operating procedures and quality management content of training programs at universities according to AUN-QA standards. This activity includes planning, organization, direction, and inspection integrated with elements of management subjects, management objects, and management tools to ensure scientific and effective quality management of training programs at universities; contributing to the implementation of tasks and basic goals of education and training in the new era.
