In this work, the authors tried to find the similar aspect between Laos culture and Korean culture. An English-Lao Dictionary (1996) was used for this study. The pronunciation of tens of Laos words was compared with that of similarly pronounced Korean words. This study is about the pronunciation of Laos language and Korean language. And the title of this work is ‘Is there any similarity between Laos language and Korean language?’. As a conclusion, some of Lao words are similar to Korean words.
