Officially connecting to the global Internet since 1997, after more than 20 years, the development of the Internet in Vietnam has made an important contribution to the economic, cultural, and social development of the country. By 2019, the percentage of the population using the Internet in Vietnam is more than 67%, of which a large part are teenagers, and students. From the degradation of the current internet culture, especially the behavioral culture, it requires the cooperation of the entire political system, social organizations, of each person towards building a network culture environment really healthy. This study focuses on analyzing the behavior of students on social networks, the impact of such behaviors on students' culture of behavior, from which proposing solutions to promote the positive side and limit the negative side of social networking behaviors to the current student behavioral culture.
