In order to respond well to urgent needs in the current globalization context, the Government of Vietnam has been paying special attention to the education and training sector of the country. Many education and training policies and policies have been introduced in order to comprehensively innovate and improve the quality of this high-quality human resource training. Especially, improving the quality of English teaching and learning at training institutions, in which specialized English plays an important role. This study specifies the rationale for teaching and learning specialized English and specialized English teaching activities at Vietnamese training institutions, from there apply to teach at the University of Transport and Communications in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC.HCMC).
