The research aims to shed light on monetary policy and unemployment in Iraq by measuring the effects of monetary policy on unemployment rates based on monetary variables that represent the Iraqi monetary policy. The study proceeds from a hypothesis stating that the exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar, the money supply, and the interest rate have a positive impact on unemployment rates. The study employs a descriptive methodology to achieve the research objective and validate the hypothesis. The findings confirm that the mentioned variables have a positive effect on unemployment rates, as evidenced by the value of the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²), which reached (0.84) in the short term. The study recommends reducing the interest rate on loans and encouraging investment to open new economic horizons, diversify income sources, create additional job opportunities, reduce unemployment rates, and achieve sustainable growth.

This research aims to explore the relationship between trust in management and the achievement of organizational goals, with a focus on organizational commitment as a mediating factor in this relationship. The study was conducted on a sample of 100 employees at Tikrit University using a questionnaire as the data collection tool. The results revealed a statistically significant relationship between trust in management and both organizational commitment and the achievement of organizational goals. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to play a significant mediating role that enhances the impact of trust in management on goal achievement. The findings indicated that employees demonstrated a good level of commitment and loyalty, while the levels of trust in management and awareness of organizational goals were moderate. The study recommends enhancing transparency practices, encouraging participatory decision-making, and fostering a supportive environment for institutional affiliation to ensure effective goal achievement. Consequently, a successful and innovative university administration inherently leads to a successful and progressive academic community. My love for the workplace inspired me to choose this topic.

The research aims to measure and analyze some monetary policy indicators and their impact on inflation rates in the Iraqi economy. The relationship between rising inflation rates, the movement of the currency exchange window, and the growth of the money supply (MS) in Iraq during the period (2004-2024) was analyzed. The data were analyzed using the Eviews12 program. The most important results of the study are that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between monetary policy and inflation rates in Iraq during the mentioned period.

The purpose of this study is to explore the basic issues of managing students’ self-study activities at Van Hien University, Ho Chi Minh City; to correctly assess the current status of these activities, to point out the achievements, shortcomings and limitations; the causes of the weaknesses and limitations; from there, to propose solutions to improve the quality of managing students’ self-study activities at Van Hien University, contributing to improving the quality of education and training at Van Hien University. To achieve that goal, this study surveyed 207 managers, lecturers and students of Van Hien University. The survey results showed that managers, lecturers and students of Van Hien University had important assessments of students’ self-study activities and management of students’ self-study activities. However, some still do not have a correct perception of this activity, so this activity is still underrated and has not achieved good results. There are many objective and subjective reasons why this activity has not achieved good results. Based on the analysis and assessment of the current situation, compared with previous research results, this study recommends solutions to improve the quality of management of students’ self-study activities at Van Hien University, Ho Chi Minh City in the future

This study affirms the influence of integrating Blockchain & IoT technology on the effectiveness of (MIS), particularly in enhancing system performance and data security across selected institutions in the United Arab Emirates. Grounded in the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model (2003), the study adopts a descriptive-analytical methodology utilizing both structured questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS V29, employing correlation and regression techniques. The findings reveal a strong and positive relationship between the implementation of Blockchain and IoT technologies and key MIS performance metrics. The study concludes with practical recommendations aimed at assisting decision-makers interested in adopting these technologies within institutional information systems.

This study aims to explore the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in universities in the context of increasing demand for socialized learning. Theoretical and practical studies show that, in addition to the advantages of meeting the needs of regular learning, learning at any time and any place, distance learning also presents difficulties such as little interaction with teachers, little connection with members of the class, and a learning environment that does not stimulate the initiative and creativity of learners. To properly assess the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning in universities, based on theoretical references, this study surveyed 121 people who are managers, lecturers, and students teaching at several universities. Based on the survey results, combined with previous studies and assessments, comparing and contrasting the results achieved, analyzing the underlying causes, this study recommends solutions to promote favorable factors and overcome difficulties in distance education of universities in the context of increasing learning needs.

Abstract: This paper explores the important link between employees training and organisational performance. Training in organisations plays an important role to ensure steady growth and sustenance of organisational productivity through improving employees' knowledge, skills, and efficiency. A well-designed training programmes ultimately help employees stay updated with industry trends, fosters employee engagement leading to higher retention rates, hence, organisations that consistently invests in training exercises would probably encounter less challenges in adapting to changes in the environment. Effective training exercises enhances teamwork which drives organisational performance and productivity. The success and survival of any organisation is largely determined by the efficiency and effectiveness of services which the employees render to sustain organisational performance. Human Capital Theory was used to underpin the study which shows the positive impact of training on organisational performance. A review of current related literatures on the role which training activities play to improve and sustain organisational productivity as published in leading research journals were carried out. Two broad types of training were identified being Formal training and In-service training. Each of this broad divisions have attached variables and sub-variables that spelt out details how each training type or segment would be carried out and the methodology to adopt in imparting the knowledge. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between employee training and organizational performance. Training has a positive effect on organisational performance and that organisations should not treat training as an expense item, but rather as an investment which will manifest in quality service and improved organisational productivity at a future period.
