Professor Hwang Lee (Toegye) (in the year of 1501-1570) lived in Li dynasty, and he is one of the most famous philosopher not only in Korea but also in Japan. His image is printed in the money of 1000 won (around 1 dollar), and the money is used most frequently in Korea. If the people of ancient Korean, Maeg country, our ancestors, gained on the battle with the people of Chinese Yeon country on 661 B.C., the thought of the next negative things by the present Korean people does not occur. Unfortunately Maeg defeated. If the Maeg people who spoke Korean language gained the battle, Tcheonzamun did not come out into the world. Because both Maeg people's difficulty were described in Tcheonzamun.

Differences between global and local; society and individual; traditional cultural norms and modernity; long-term and short-term goals; pressures for competition and provisions for equality of opportunities; growth of knowledge and our ability to assimilate and accommodate it; and spiritual and materialistic values often lead to conflicts and disturb the peaceful climate in the society as well as inner peace of mind.. Nan-Zhao (2004) stated “A culture of peace reflects ‘active, positive, participatory process where diversity is respected, difference is tolerated, dialogue is encouraged, and conflicts solved in a spirit of mutual understanding and co-operation’ Culture of peace is needs a transformation of values, attitudes and behaviours. Mu‟tazila is one of the theologian schools of thought of the Muslims. They got originated in the eighth century Hijri when a student Wasil bin Ata made differences on some Islamic issues with his teacher Al-Hassan Al-Basri. Wasil bin Ata was of the view that such a person will be in an intermediate position neither (Neither Muslim nor non-Muslim) and he called him (Al Manzila Bayn Al-Manzilatain). This was a new idea and terminology presented by Wasil bin Ata for the first time. This article discusses the position of Mu‟tazilah as, their major doctrines and the differences with the basic Islamic believes and their effects on Muslim society. There could be no causal connections in the world because if there were there would be counterfactual facts, and there are no such facts. Cognition of the world must employ counterfactual statements, roughly of the form “If p were true, then q would be true,” but obviously there are no counterfactual facts.
